I love my flipper in every way other than the metal blades that will rust if not removed from the tank and dried off when not in use which is why I ordered the plastic version.

These do not remove coralline algae nearly as well as the metal blades as one would expect and are nicked up pretty quickly when attempting to do so. That said, they do not rust so are a great alternative for those of us that leave our cleaners in the tank rather than removing every time. This is pretty much the reason for the flipper in my opinion so although not 100% happy with the plastic blades, they do work.

Would definitely recommend these for those that are have the same rust issue that I am having but be prepared to burn through these pretty quickly.

Works. I only use it for the deeper end of my tank.
